Project Management is among the key strength areas of CMARIX along with technical expertise. I never had to ask status to the Project Manager. We worked with Ankit and he was very pro-active in terms of updating the project progress, delivering the sprints on timely manner and managing risks and uncertainties in advance. We used GIT, Skype and eMail for Collaboration.

They are extremely talent yet down to the earth and budget friendly. I'm very happy with their professionalism and commitment to clients. They don't say yes to everything, which is very important in IT. They take on projects which matches their expertise and deliver it with outstanding results.

I know it would be very unreasonable to ask, however it would be good if they can provide support over weekends which is sometimes required.They did help out few times over the weekend as an exception but it would be nice to have it as an addon service.

The service which we got from CMARIX team was just perfect. Their pre-sales team worked on extensive 200+ pages specification document before jumping on to the proposal. We discussed pros and cons of different architecture style for this project as well as using different third-party solutions to reduce the cost. We worked with them on DotNet core based application with AWS Dynamo DB as database, deployed over the cloud server.

We utilized technologies like WPF and WCF when need as well as their developers wrote low level custom DLL files for core OS interaction to full fill the technical needs.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• I've worked as a development teams for over 10 years across the globe, so I'm a very specific about how the development should be executed. I measure CMARIX’s success based on how the system performs across different use and test cases as well as the overall UI/UX. We got what we asked for in the scope document. The end result was spot on.
• Some other things that are unique to this software is the amount of analytics and dynamic report it generates based on the specific big data which it captures during the operations. There were some technical limitations from Microsoft OS during the execution time, when they launched new OS and team did work very smartly to find alternative approach to bring required results.

Project Management was completely SCRUM driven. We used slack for communication and Jira for project management & version control. We also implemented CI-CD methodology to automate the deployment thereby saving the execution time.

To be honest, they are perfect package in regards to the diverse technology stack they provide under single roof across web, mobile app & custom software development services. Moreover, they are very specific in terms of what needs to be done and precise in terms of measuring the progress on daily basis to ensure timely and within budget execution of the project.

It’ll be much easier if they had a development team based in the US as my partner is based from there, which would make the end customer interaction easier. However, I know the project would have been 3x costing in that case, which wouldn’t be feasible for client’s budget.
