We have been working as an IT Company from quite a long time now. The buzz on the market about digital marketing was real and we had seen our competition steal business from us with Digital Marketing. We wanted to establish our Digital Presence for Brand Awareness and Generate Leads for our business so we hired Digipple.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

A lot of companies call us everyday to buy these services. We never responded to them. Digipple also called us one day but the deciding factor to do a conversation with them was their preparation. They were well equipped with information about our company and our pain points by their research. The young team was very support and friendly to ask for any help or understandings which made us select that vendor.

The main aim of the project was to create a strong digital presence of our brand on web as well as social. It included SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Social Media Marketing, and ORM (Online Reputation Management). The key deliverables for these all are dependent on the platform and service. For Social, it was followers and reach, while for web it was our ranking on super targeted keywords. The project included the involvement of Google Native Tools like Analytics, Trends etc and SEMRush at the major level.

3 People for the Vendor’s team worked & communicated actively with us and our team. One was the lead for SEO & ORM whose name is Viraj. Another was Rushi, the lead for Social Media Project and a Designer for the creatives had worked with us from their team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

For SEO I should say, it was quite successful. We got from 1000 impressions in a day for our website to 2500 impressions in a day. This was a great growth seeing from a business perspective.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The Workflow in the start was a little bumpy but to their nature of supportiveness, they managed to create smooth operations after the start till the project ended.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very supportive and understanding. The young team of this company is I would say something unique about them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not much, but I would say they should definitely add up some SOP to avoid that bumpy ride in the start. That’s all about the needed improvement.

We never leverage Digital channels until we hired Digipple to market ourselves in Local Markets. Our main challenge was to aware local public about Mutual funds and Finance management through Social Media.

As we are based in Himatnagar, we didn't find any marketing agency. So, we decide to hire Ahmedabad based Digital marketing agency through the Google and some references.

After the onboarding process by Digipple, they gave us a dedicated resource who constantly keeps in touch with one of our team members. Digipple provided creatives for Facebook & Google Business to keep our business active, which was completely aligned to our audience.

We worked with 2 Members of the Team. Social Media Marketing head, and Social media account manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our Facebook and Google Business inquiries bumped up after 3 Months of Constant activity. Monthly 50-60 quality inquiries on call, up to 50 DMs.

We have a pre-defined Monthly calendar of social media. We met over Google meet every 15 days to review the performance.

They believe in quality work and never compromise with any of the creatives. I completely refer to work with Digipple.

They purchased a Social media tool (SEMRush) that automates the process of the calendar, It saves time and maintains the quality.

We hired Digipple for Website Content Writing and SEO. And our goals were ranked on decided keywords in 3 months.

We were started collecting proposals for Marketing and Content Writing. We go through all Proposals but Digipple's Proposal was Outstanding as well as they have given us what we want.

The main objective of our project was Rank on 4 Decided Keywords. The scope of work was SEO activities such as On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical. They started with Competitors Research, and Keywords research. After that, they focused on On-Page SEO, then Off-Page SEO. Digipple also started Mail Outreach Campaign for more web visibility.

3 People worked for the Vendor’s team & communicated actively with us and our team. Viraj was lead this project who is Lead of SEO and Client Communication, with Rushi & Rutvik helped in SEO Execution.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

For SEO, in just 3 months, 50 daily impressions to 100 daily impressions. Our Average Position is also increased from the 40th position to the 15th Position. They also achieved their keyword ranking commitment, also keywords on the 1st Page.

Team Digipple was communicated over emails, calls, and a preferable chatting platform. The team was excellent on 2-way communication, they understand our requirements and fulfilled our expectations.

Their level of friendliness as the team was young and enthusiastic to solve the hurdles.

I don't think there should be any improvement required.
