Our goals for the project were to give our business a facelift in terms of our appearance online. We also wanted to be more visible online and improve our search engine rankings to increase our website traffic. With the PPC campaign, we needed to increase the # of monthly leads that we were generating via our website.

We were referred to Flying V Group by a member of the Google Local Services team. When we interviewed Flying V Group for the job we were without reservation that they were the best digital marketing company for our company.

For the project, we needed a complete website re-design that included creation of service based pages and all location based pages for the areas we serviced. We also turned over all SEO activities to Flying V Group, which included link building, local directory submissions and all other activities to build our search traffic. Flying V Group was also responsible for all PPC activities. This included creation of ads and ad groups, optimization of the campaign, landing page composition, and more.
What was the team composition?
The team was comprised of Robb, Tyler, and Brennan, who are all partners of the company. We also have constant communication with our project manager Joey and he is always available for us to ask questions and get updates on the status of our account and campaigns. The team at FVG always makes themselves available to us as best as possible.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Of course. The re-design of the website and SEO efforts completed by Flying V Group have generated 50% increases in traffic year over year. We now rank highly for several of our highly sought after keywords in multiple locations. For our PPC campaign, we instantly saw an increase in the # of leads coming in via form submissions or phone calls on a monthly basis. We are very happy with the influx of traffic and leads for our business.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It was seamless. They are a very responsive group and they get things done very quickly. Cell phone numbers were made available, Skype, email, and any other communication. The Flying V Group team encouraged us to reach out to them at any time for any reason.

Their honesty and promptness. They get things done when they say they are going to get them done and you are never left hanging wondering what is going on with your account. Their track record speaks for itself, but I was really impressed with the genuine investment they made in my business.

We started with a series of scope meetings, detailing what our planned target market currently was, and how we planned to reach them. We also discussed scope of the website and how we would implement in multiple phases. The built and rebuild the website from our pre-order and then after into our current website. They ran and managed multiple ad campaigns that were bringing in 100s of followers per day.
What was the team composition?
I worked closely with 3 people. I know there team was much bugger, but because we were a small company we did not need a lot.

They grew our sales from 0 to about 6k in the first two months in a brand new product category which was nice, but the campaign was more focused on engagement. We grew to 5000 followers on facebook in 2 months, and we had all processes set up to keep growing rapidly.

The workflow was very effective and done in a timely manner. We had a pre-order and a full launch where all objectives were met prior to both launch dates.

Alignment. Flying V is a true partner. We talk on the weekends. We talk at off hours when I'm traveling. When I have a client issue, they treat it like an emergency because the client has to come first. They're "me" when I'm not available.

Lots - and then we did things differently. This is the right approach. Test, refine, do again...
