The first thing we noticed was that our booked meetings increased by 150% in the first 90 days. Then, the meetings booked by Leadium’s team closed at a rate 30% faster than other outbound methods. Lead quality is measured in the show rate of the meeting, and Leadium has achieved a 90% show rate thanks to their elite follow-up once the meeting is booked. We also track the conversion channel of the meeting, which is key for us to understand where to spend our marketing budget. Email is the primary driver of appointments. These aren’t marketing blast emails but more directed and driven to specific events.Since this level of knowledge was applied to the top of the funnel, we’ve seen our deal size increase and our velocity to close improve. The speed to close deals is defined by how long it takes from day one to day won. Leadium has helped us close deals 30% faster than average. Our average deal size has also increased by about 50% due to more ongoing projects.
