Since 1989, R & Y A/C Compressors has been providing quality automotive air conditioning parts and services. We are family owned and operated. We specialize in automotive air conditioning and heating systems on all vehicles, both foreign and domestic. We are one of the largest aftermarket mobile climate control parts suppliers in the industry, and one of the largest compressor remanufacturers in the world. We only focus on a/c parts. I am the Executive VP here and primarily focus on sourcing our parts and components and handling all aspects of our online sales. channels.

We hired SmartSites to create and design our website as well as handle all of our SEO and PPC needs. They created every aspect of our website and continuously update any request we have.

When we were looking to hire a website development company, we searched for several months and interviewed many companies. We ended up choosing SmartSites because of their vast portfolio as well as their prior experience in creating automotive parts websites.

We wanted to create a website to sell our automotive air conditioning parts. Our previous website was lacking all the functionality of a modern website and we needed a partner to help us create our vision. The project took approximately 4 months to complete, and we are still working with SmartSites to this day to keep our website up to date with data/photo updates as well as marketing (SEO and PPC).

Several people at SmartSites. We have a Project Manager, a PPC Director, a CRO Operations Manager, and we have worked directly with the owners of the company. Every person at SmartSites has always been very responsive and helpful with any request we have.

When we initially launched our website with SmartSites we did not have many sales (as we expected) since it was the beginning of our new website, but as the website continued to get stronger and more recognition we have been able to exceed all of our sales expectations.

The workflow between our team and SmartSites' team was exceptionally good. They are were and still are very responsive and quick at completing any task we ask of them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about SmartSites is their ability to actually do what they say and do it very well. We worked with other website development companies in the past who would promise all these great things, but would never follow through. However, in the first month of working with SmartSites we saw their attention to detail, how they would quickly respond to our questions, and how they would actually complete the tasks effectively.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not at all. I do not have any complaints. In today's day and age, it is quite difficult to find a company that is reliable and trustworthy. But with SmartSites, you definitely get that and much more.

The landing page has just gone live less than a week, so we are waiting on improvement of our Google Ad and landing page traffic.

We conducted 2-3 brainstorming sessions via google meet on the landing page and it was finished in a timely manner based on our responsiveness to getting them what they needed like graphics and verbiage.

I was very impressed with Haadi Khatibloo's due diligence. We have made several changes to the landing page after it went live and he made the changes right away! I can tell it's important to him that we have a great product that we are happy with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Haadi did a great job being the go-between between their design and programming teams and our team at TeamFunded. He was always in my in-box with the correct new tweaks we presented. I am still in the deciding stage on the website team and will do a separate review for them.

Brandy provided an incredibly detailed technical audit and UX audit. We then outlined actionable steps. Since our site is custom coded, they were also flexible and worked with me so that the changes implemented were always cost-effective and efficient.

Connor & Haadi run my campaign. They are a great team. I am not expert enough to know what each guy does but I know that together they have improved my PPC performance and I no longer have to spent hours every week on it. I can pretty much forget all about it and answer the calls that come in.

In the past, so many of my calls from Google PPC were irrelevant to my business. After SmartSites went live on my campaign, I have noticed more and more solid and relevant leads come in. It has only been 2 months and already I can see a significant improvement.

In addition to the good work by Connor & Haadi at SmartSites, I most appreciate that they are very responsive. I don't check in too often but when I do I get a response usually withing a few minutes. This is very reassuring.

The most unique aspect of the SmartSites has simply been the level of success of the campaign since they took over. They are great people as well but without good work that doesn't do much for business.

At this point I have not seen a weakness. Nobody is perfect but so far I have been very happy with their work.

Stephanie is very knowledgeable and thorough. They bring forward well-thought-out SEO recommendations specific to our KPIs to achieve great results! Her communication with her clients and her understanding of their needs, business goals, and business landscape is fantastic.

Sometimes the SmartSites team's resources are strained causing deliverables to run behind. It would be ideal if more team members and resources could be hired for programs.

There were several companies that we looked into. We interviewed several and found that we really connected with how Smartsites works and how they presented themselves.

Initially we had our discovery phase to learn our product, the demographics and psychographics of our target, personality, values, lifestyle, etc. Then a study into our competition -direct and indirect, followed by a deep dive into the PPC (pay per click process).

Our key contact created a plan to get the best our of our PPC budget. She came up with bidding strategies, landing pages and banners, etc. To be honest, we handed over the reigns and let her drive the program as we are not the experts in this area.

Stephanie is our point of contact and our PCP Analyst. She has a team behind her that addresses any topics outside of her sphere.

I had a great experience with Deniz at Smart Sites. It was a bumpy start, but Deniz got us on the right track. Our main project together was reorganizing my site map for Google to read more effectively. We rolled it out recently.

There were some hiccups, as is to be expected. But Deniz handled every single one of them flawlessly. I'm hopeful we'll start to see results in conversions soon as we have already noticed an uptick in inquiries.

Furthermore, his email and communication style is everything you want from a Project Manager. He leaves *nothing* out of his meeting notes. All in all, an impressive PM. Thanks Deniz!

Deniz at Smart Sites has a team of developers in Nepal who did all the hard coding. I don't know how large that team is, however. Despite the time difference there was no lag in deliverables.

We have to bake in the changes. It will take about 90 days for Google to see everything. However, I have notices an uptick in inquiries.
