Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?

We set goals from a marketing and lead generation perspective in relation to the various areas of law we are focused on. We’re currently ranking on the first page for over 30 relevant keywords. We’ve invested in a long-term strategy with Storm Brain, and it’s starting to pay off. Our practice continues to grow, reinforcing our position as the top criminal defense attorney in Rhode Island.

Storm Brain then gave various design presentations to our leadership team in order to present their ideas. We were given the opportunity to participate during the testing and review of the development stages, prior to the launch of the site.

The site has launched, and our internal stakeholders, shareholders, and employees are very happy it. Our customers and business clients have all shared how much they like the new brand identity and the website. We’ve increased our visibility online and continue to grow our business.

Our project was a considerably large undertaking by any standard. The company’s entire database of orders spanned our 20 years in business. Storm Brain had to incorporate the entire lengthy list options into the new website. The work we undertook together involved a complete overhaul of the way we process orders and accept them.

We primarily dealt with Blake (Chief Strategy Officer and Founder, Storm Brain) and Leah (Author, Storm Brain). Since working together, we have been blown away by the diverse set of skills they bring to the table. I’m sure other support staff involved, but it was very nice to interface directly with the people behind the creative aspects of the job.

I most admired the team’s creativity. Storm Brain has a unique ability to take existing copy and transform it into branded content.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

If I were to have a Storm Brain create the site again, I would request fewer customized elements so we could make more changes in-house. To be fair, I made this decision initially, so it’s not an error on Storm Brain's account. When you want something beautiful and unique that no one else has, it has to be custom.
