The team developed an AI-powered module capable of automatically removing backgrounds from images and seamlessly placing the subject into alternative backgrounds.

While our overall experience with BrainSpack LLP was very positive, there are a few areas where they could further enhance their service.

At times, more proactive communication around progress updates especially during longer development phases would have provided even greater visibility into ongoing work. Additionally, introducing more detailed documentation for certain modules could help streamline future handovers and scalability.

That said, these were relatively minor points, and the team was always responsive whenever clarification was needed. Overall, their willingness to adapt and improve made the collaboration smooth and effective.

Brainspack LLP has been responsible for the end-to-end development of the AI system. The team has worked on the conversation logic, prompt design and iteration, WhatsApp integration, onboarding, admin tools for managing users and content, and overall system architecture and deployment for production use.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Brainspack LLP has delivered a working end-to-end WhatsApp product with backend infrastructure and system architecture in place. We’ve onboarded real users and improved response quality through prompt iteration. The team has also delivered stable onboarding and intake flows and an admin system for managing users, conversations, and updates.

Moreover, internal testing has shown clear improvements in response quality, clarity, and consistency over time. I’ve also seen the system become more stable, usable, and aligned with the intended experience as development has progressed.
