Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the President & CEO of GO Processing, a financial services company that supports mortgage brokers, loan processors, and borrowers nationwide. We provide third-party mortgage processing services and technology that help brokers scale while allowing processors to operate independently and remotely.

As a growing company operating across multiple states, we needed help improving our budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial organization.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Indinero helped rebuild our budgeting and forecasting structure, clean up and reorganize our QuickBooks platform, and manage our annual tax filings across multiple states. We also meet monthly, quarterly, and annually to review financial performance and planning.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Indinero has helped us create much stronger visibility into our finances and spending habits. Our financial data is now significantly more organized, easier to understand, and much more useful for forecasting and decision-making in a changing production environment. Their work also helped our leadership team identify unnecessary spending and reallocate portions of the monthly budget more strategically. We worked with three other firms prior to Indinero, and the difference has truly been night and day.
