They also manage our email marketing. They rebuilt and optimized key automatic flows like cart abandonment, checkout abandonment, and popup flows. They improved design, structure, and rules so emails convert better.

We have regular strategy calls where we review numbers and plan next steps. It is ongoing work, not just launching campaigns and leaving them.

The most important measurable outcome for me was revenue growth with controlled ad spend.

We were able to scale to $90K+ per month while keeping ROAS at a healthy level. In one of the months, we generated over $76K with stable performance, not random spikes.

Another measurable success was more consistent results month to month. Before, we had very unstable numbers. Now performance is more predictable.

Email automation also improved. A higher percentage of orders started coming from flows like cart and checkout abandonment, which means the system works better, not only ads.

For me, success is not just revenue, but stability and profitability. And we clearly moved in that direction.

Project management is good and organized.

We have regular calls where we review performance and next steps. They send reports and explain numbers clearly. If something is not working, we discuss and adjust fast.

If I had questions or concerns, especially about budget or profitability, they listened and tried to find solutions. Sometimes we had difficult conversations about numbers, but they were open and transparent.

Also, they think long term. It is not only about one good month. They try to build a system that can work consistently.

Another thing is communication. Sometimes I can be direct and emotional about numbers, but they stayed calm and focused on data. That helped me trust them more.

Honestly, in the beginning I think we could have aligned expectations even more clearly around budget and speed of scaling.

But overall, when something was not clear, we talked and fixed it. I did not feel ignored or left alone with problems.
