When we started, I didn’t give them a timeline. I had wanted to get my ad into the April edition of a specific publication but never communicated that to them. When they presented the ad to me in March, I asked if they could make it happen. They only had three or four days including two weekend days to do so. They worked very hard on short notice and made it happen. I was very impressed and pleased.
