As for communication, Bad Rhino keeps in touch with our broker on a regular basis, and they meet with us once per month to go over our metrics. Whenever needed, they change and modify campaigns to keep everything on goal, and they explain what’s going well and what isn’t, guiding us through the process. Moreover, they send us a monthly report, and we have a conference call with our marketing committee and Bad Rhino’s co-founder to go over those results.

It’s amazing that we can have a relationship with ultraviolet such that we can put them directly in touch with our customers to conduct interviews about their experiences with our product. This process also brings us new opportunities for other contacts we might not have been aware of previously. When people are approached by salespeople, they might be put off, but if they’re approached by someone with a journalistic background (like ultraviolet) who wants to interview them and talk genuinely, then they will open up more and engage in a dialogue. We trust that ultraviolet agency will conduct themselves in a manner that’s reflective of our business. That trust is very unique, and difficult to come by.
