I have very good communication with Termas Designs. Termas Designs produced a time table for milestones or sprints, however the goalposts of the project moved a lot. Termas Designs cooperated and adjusted to emerging needs. Termas Designs has this procedure of really understanding what the client wants before they start work. We talked for hours before they started preproduction. It took some time before we started being on the same page in terms of pipeline and the style of work. But we fixed that early in the process because the communication was good.
