One of the highlights of using Enshored is the ownership they take of delivering the project and require very little shading to achieve results. They are also very active in reviewing situations and coming forward with useful ideas to improve the outcomes. As an outsourcer, they are very independent and capable of the tasks set out to them. Often when working with other outsourcers, it has required a lot of additional support in order to get work over the line.
