While we were in the early stages as a startup with an evolving solution, the development project yielded measurable progress in several key areas. For instance, the successful implementation of the basic functions allowed us to conduct initial user testing with few participants, who provided positive feedback on usability, validating a core assumption of our product. The fact that the final product was delivered within our initial budget constraints was a significant achievement for our resource-conscious startup
