Apart from a time when there was a wire cut outside our office in DC, which didn’t have anything to do with designDATA, we haven’t had an outage anywhere in the world. I have to say, it was pretty amazing how we transitioned with designDATA during a pandemic when all of our offices shut down at slightly different times. In our Washington DC office, there weren’t any notices, because it was reported that someone in our building had tested positive for COVID-19 — everyone grabbed their laptops, went home, and we got them back online almost immediately.

5.0 Mar 18, 2025Initially, during the onboarding process, as our team got used to theirs, there were some slight inefficiencies specific to communication, where we would answer questions in one meeting that we would then get asked again in another. After the first few weeks, they onboarded a project manager that supported the onboarding process and eliminated this inefficiency. Since then, the project management has been well-structured and efficient, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time. They maintain clear communication about any projects or open-ticket requests, proactively addressing any issues and adapting to our needs as they arise. Their responsiveness and ability to adjust to our priorities have made the engagement smooth and effective. And the cherry on top, is that their staff members are great, kind, and patient people that happily answer any and all questions we may have about IT.

They were very open in communication, said no when they needed to, gave alternatives when we might be heading down the wrong path on an idea or if they thought something else may work better. All teams were just as involved from the start of the project to the finish of it, often enough that you were more than acquainted with their team on an individual basis.

5.0 Aug 12, 2021Whenever we file a ticket to their helpdesk, we typically get 5–10 minutes of response time — they resolve our issues as quickly as possible. They’ve also found ways to work with different equipment suppliers even though a lot of manufacturers have been backlogged due to COVID-19. As a result, even in difficult times, they’ve been able to get us the devices that we needed. They’ve given us a concierge experience, but without the price tag. They’re experts who have guided us through the process very well. Without them, we would've just randomly figured things out. Clearly state to them your needs and let them come up with solutions that will help solve your problems. They’ll likely come up with multiple solutions in various price ranges to get you where you need to be.
