In the early stages of the project not all sprints contained the expected deliverables, but opening up lines of communication and closer working resolved this issue.

Throughout the project, the Infracore team did an amazing job communicating their progress and any unexpected challenges. It was refreshing to see them so focused on hitting their deadlines and also calling out any potential delays as soon as they found out instead of waiting until it was too late.
