They’ve recently become available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so I imagine our partnership will be even more seamless. We can text, call, email, or submit a ticket through an app on our computers. All our messages are centrally stored in their ticket system, and they respond in the manner that our staff member has selected; this makes communication convenient for us.

Their ticketing system is easy to use and their team is great to work with; we have unlimited access to their support, and they don't seem to mind how frequently we use their services. They're great; they send out monthly reports to us and reach out regularly. It continues to be a very good working relationship overall. Their technicians are approachable and professional. Unlike other technicians we've worked with in the past, Techmd's staff is easy to deal with and talk to whenever they visit the office or speak to us over the phone.

TechMD is a professional team. They’ve helped us save money and make our jobs easier. They brought a vision for us, and they quickly became a partner. I always tell my other vendors that, if they’re talking to TechMD, they’re talking to us. They’re one of the few vendors that I rarely refer to as a vendor; I almost always refer to them as a partner, because that’s really what they are. In general, much of the feedback is anecdotal. A lot of people fear having to make the call and ask for help with whatever it is, but I never hear that from my staff. They’ll sometimes tell us that TechMD is still working on the problem, but that it’s been great working with them.
