What challenge were you trying to address with 11thAgency?
PeopleWorX needed a visual refresh of an outdated website that didn’t reflect the brand or the value of its solutions. Additionally, the company wanted to improve the background mechanics of its WordPress site, which were getting bloated with outdated plugins and too much custom code.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
11thAgency rebuilt PeopleWorX’s website in WordPress with Elementor, leveraging advanced design capabilities and functionalities. The team ensured the seamless migration of content, design elements, and SEO structure and features to the new, super-optimized theme and migrated servers. 11thAgency focused on enhancing UX using WordPress for page-building and website performance post-migration.
11thAgency’s plan included a full makeover of the website’s look and feel, enhancing both UX and UI while respecting the existing brand identity. The team covered everything from the initial blank slate to interactive elements, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience at every touchpoint. 11thAgency was committed to crafting a robust online presence that perfectly encapsulated PeopleWorX’s vision.
11thAgency created a custom design that reflected PeopleWorX’s unique brand, building as many components and sections as needed and offering revisions until they got it right. The team revamped the UI and UX using Elementor for WordPress, making it more intuitive and user-friendly.
11thAgency understood the importance of mobility; thus, the team optimized the designs for a seamless experience on smartphones and tablets, ensuring smooth reading and navigation. While PeopleWorX provided the web copy, 11thAgency worked closely with the company to develop a content strategy, ensuring the design aligned with the message, complemented by custom artwork to enhance the visual appeal.
11thAgency ensured the SEO strategy was moved over to the new website and helped clean up the structure based on WordPress SEO environment. The team supported PeopleWorX in migrating existing content to the new website.
11thAgency added and set up relevant WordPress plugins and ensured integrations such as Google Analytics, Pardot, Salesforce forms, and more were performing correctly. The team used best practices for web development for accessibility, including but not limited to proper use of structural elements, navigation, screen reader compatibility, color contrast optimization, zero errors for WAVE, and more.
11thAgency provided post-launch support, helping with any issues or questions that came up after launching the website.

PeopleWorX worked with 5–6 teammates from 11thAgency.
How did you come to work with 11thAgency?
PeopleWorX found 11thAgency on Upwork. The owner, Shaks Ali, was both design- and conversion-focused. He was interested in delivering a total customer experience that also benefited PeopleWorX through improved lead generation. Between 11thAgency’s portfolio and Shaks’ knowledge of online buyer behavior, choosing 11thAgency was a no-brainer for the company.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in June 2025. The project is in its final stage, and after QA, it will move into production in August 2025.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The post-launch metrics were not yet available. However, the unanimous approval of the new design and structure by PeopleWorX’s executive group was the biggest indicator of initial success. The group was primarily in awe of the design aesthetic versus the current site.
In the future, PeopleWorX planned to track form conversions, site speed and health, authority score, and SEO improvements. Time on page and number of engagements would also be important.
How did 11thAgency perform from a project management standpoint?
PeopleWorX was unable to use 11thAgency’s preferred method of communication and project management (Slack), so the company did its best through Google Sheets and Figma and communicated via email. This was an issue with PeopleWorX and not 11thAgency. The team delivered on time and usually waited on PeopleWorX’s team to move even faster.
