We’ve known Allied for many years since they’ve been a client of my other company.

This whole project costs $3 million.

Allied has met everything that I require in terms of due diligence. That’s the crucial part of investing in real estate. Moreover, they work quickly.

Their project management is excellent. Everything they do is done on time or earlier than expected. To communicate, we typically meet in person or via Teams.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’re dealing with the owner of the company, so sometimes he can’t get back to us immediately the way other smaller companies can. However, that’s expected when dealing with a large company.

When talking to Allied, bring up whatever you don’t know and put everything on the table.
