Additionally, they use skype with all the developers onboard with reports done 3 times a day, Start, midday and end. This gave us clarity of the progress the an efficient understanding of where the project stand. 
Additionally the project manager Sarin provided us with weekly updates and fast to respond. Whenever they received a any blockers or misunderstanding, they would clarify with us on issues and at the same time give suggestions on how we can proceed. This allows us to make the most inform decision to ensure projects complete on time. Additional when there are possible delays, Ateam would allocate additional resources without us requesting to do so in order to meet the agreed timeline.
