Bearplus delivered a polished luxury ecommerce platform that met our high standards for both design and functionality. One area where there could have been improvement was while the technical execution was strong, a deeper initial dive into our client’s specific customer journey could have uncovered a few extra personalization opportunities. 
For future projects, we’d recommend dedicating more time to mapping out user flows and exploring innovative ways to surprise and delight luxury shoppers.

We needed to create a website that reflected the essence of our resort.

Bear Plus managed the entire website creation process from the ground up. Their work included UX/UI design, custom visuals, and thoughtfully crafted layouts that brought our story to life. The final product was fully responsive across all devices. They delivered a complete Figma file, a cohesive design system aligned with our brand identity, and the full source code, giving us a strong foundation for future growth and updates.

After launch, we saw a noticeable increase in both user engagement time and direct inquiries via the contact form. More importantly, the new design deeply resonated with our audience and partners, reinforcing our brand presence online. Our previous website generated almost no direct inquiries, so the new site made an immediate impact. After launch, we began receiving a steady stream of contact form submissions and noticed users spending around 30% more time on the site.

We've received very positive feedback from both customers and partners. Many have commented on the website’s clean, contemporary look and the soft, wave-like movement that reflects our beachside atmosphere. The intuitive navigation and logical layout were also praised.
