What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Brainium Information Technologies has completed the app, and it works really well after bug testing. The team has fixed everything promptly, and the app has become perfect. We expect the app to be seamless once it's fully launched.

No, there's nothing else they can improve on. But if I have to provide some feedback it would be adding PMs in different timezones so communication is easier.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Primarily the portal aimed at collecting, collating, and storing client’s data that can be used for the preparation of tax returns. It has a tax calculator built in component that estimates what the taxpayer should expect to pay. This will give them visibility of the taxes to be filed and the expected payout if any.  On the back end, the actual filing is still done by a tax agent who will also interact with the client and advise them on any concerns that they may have.

Project Manager was Nabaruna who did a fantastic job taking up the work mid-stream and to its completion. Her resilience on this project was exemplary. Making sure we stayed on track and within scope.

Rajkamal, Jahir, Debabrata and most recently Sibaprasad have been the developers that made this product viable. They patiently executed the laid-out project plan and innovatively developed solutions around the hurdles we met.

Brainium has a culture where they keep their promise. They will assign a team to your project and assign a project manager who takes the leadership role. The company has a governance structure that ensures that contracts are honoured, even it costs them more to deliver on them. I am grateful that despite the many challenges they faced, they delivered on my project.

Brainium faces staff turnover challenges that are common in the tech developer industry. But they have made efforts to mitigate this risk and ensure a smooth transition whenever such instances occur.
