Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CTO and Head of Product for a SaaS based financial services company. We have built and operate a platform that allows to build EBPP solutions and innovative card issuing platform for Small Business. We primarily go to market through large financial institutions and financial services companies.

We hired cloud fountain to build a Data-lake infrastructure to support Reporting, Analytics and Monitoring needs for our platform.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We picked this vendor after going through a solution exercise with multiple vendors.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

First, they analysed our existing dataset to provide a detailed design and solution architecture. Once we agreed with that they built the infrastructure in the AWS stack and built the specified reports on top of the built solution.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Their founder was our main contact but there were 2 other dedicated engineers who were on the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the completion of this project we were able to better able to define our long term Data, Reporting and Analytics strategy.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They had a good understanding of AWS infrastructure, tools and Data-lake concepts. They helped with the selection of the tools as well as the right cloud provider to implement the solution. Primary communication was through regular touch base calls and email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to understand the fundamentals of problem and use that to select the right cloud provider, architecture and solution was impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think using a overall implementation/solution roadmap as part of the regular touch base may help them deliver the right solution while keep all stakeholders up-to-date with the progress.

I'm the CEO of a construction company. We provide estimating, collections, validation, and project funding through a subscription-based model.

We needed CloudFountain Inc to build a complete MVP from scratch.

What was the scope of their involvement?

CloudFountain Inc has built an MVP for remote project estimating. They've built a customer interface on top of Salesforce. This model allows contractors to connect with estimators and estimators to connect with contractors. In the model, contractors can upload project scopes that a remote estimator can pull from and deliver a quality estimate back to the contractor.

We started working with them in September 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

CloudFountain Inc has set up a dashboard that shows every project's status as it moves through the cycle. We track project completion time, the number of estimates delivered, and user engagement.

How did CloudFountain Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

CloudFountain Inc has phenomenal communication skills. They provide in-depth recaps of each stand-up call, which we do daily, as well as any time we meet deliverables or measurables. We get a detailed email on the outcome and the path forward for the next steps.Our primary form of communication is virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

CloudFountain Inc is an amazing group of people to work with. What we've found most appealing is their attention to detail. In addition, working with them as we don't have a technology background has made this project very seamless.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing they can improve on. I would hire them ten times over.
