System Architecture & Access: The system uses a super admin model; one super admin oversees all tenants, can add organizations, assign org-level admins, and ensure data integrity across all tenants. Each organization has its own isolated environment with a configurable logo. Data integrity is enforced across all organizations.

Certification serves as the primary regulatory milestone for validating the system's readiness for commercial deployment.

2. VAT Calculation & Reporting Accuracy: The system was required to demonstrate accurate, automated VAT computation at the statutory rate of 15% across all applicable transactions, with generated reports meeting the precision and format standards required for submission to ZATCA.

3. Bank Reconciliation Reliability: Successful and consistent reconciliation of imported bank statements against recorded transactions was established as a measurable indicator of the system's financial accuracy and operational integrity.

4. Multi-Tenant Platform Stability Stable: uninterrupted operation across all tenant organizations with full data isolation and no cross-tenant data leakage was defined as a non-functional success criterion, essential for the viability of the SaaS delivery model.

In addition to system updates, we also rolled out an iniital batch of features to allow fund administrators to support their capital raise using the Impact Index. This functionality provides the back end support to further extend these services.

The medicine procurement enterprise web application includes a comprehensive set of features designed to streamline the ordering and supply chain management process. 

The Director General of Health Services (DGHS) has the ability to upload the MCC vendor list and the standard medicine list (SML), which outlines the minimum required quantities of each medicine for different types of facilities. This foundational data ensures that all orders adhere to established guidelines. 

District Health Officers (DHOs) enter their medicine budgets into the system and specify the number and types of facilities they want to place orders for. Based on this information, the application generates a suggested order sheet that can be customized by the DHOs. They have the option to select specific vendors or medicines, and they can adjust quantities as needed. Any adjustments that exceed or fall below the SML guidelines require justification, promoting accountability and transparency. Once the order is confirmed, the system generates a digital supply order (SO) that can be printed and manually sent to vendors. Once orders are delivered to the warehouse, storekeepers update the application with a copy of the delivery challan for each order. • User-Friendly Interface Development: Development of a user-friendly interface within the Shopify store, allowing users to select product sizes and design variations easily. The interface ensures a seamless shopping experience with intuitive navigation and clear customization options.
• AI-Driven Content Generation: Implementation of AI technology to dynamically generate editable text content for templates. This provides users with an initial draft that can be further customized, streamlining the content creation process and ensuring consistency and relevance.
• Interactive Editing Tool: Development of an interactive tool embedded within the Shopify store via an iframe. This tool enables users to edit text and adjust logo placement directly within the store environment, offering a highly interactive and engaging user experience.
• Secure Storage and Delivery: Finalized design files are stored as SVGs in a secure storage solution. The delivery process is automated to send the downloadable URL to the customer’s email upon completion of the purchase, ensuring efficient and secure access to their customized products.
• Seamless Integration: Integration of all components of the customization tool seamlessly into the Shopify platform using an iframe approach. This integration provides a cohesive user experience, allowing customers to customize their products without leaving the store environment.

CodeNinja demonstrated its expertise by implementing Gen AI technology to dynamically generate editable text content and animations for the platform we were building. The key deliverables included developing Gen AI models, integrating APIs, and creating graphic design templates. A user testing phase was conducted to ensure functionality and satisfaction.

User feedback at a recent exhibition highlighted the ease of use and creativity of the Gen AI-generated designs. The sophisticated Gen AI module developed by CodeNinja included design templates for marketing materials. This module seamlessly integrated with the client’s digital platform to enable rapid creation of tailored print marketing materials.

Consumer App:
