We wanted to develop our website page to increase the reach of our products and services to a wider audience. Amaltas villas was the first and only residential society at that time offering luxurious Villas at the foothills of the beautiful mountain range at a reasonable buying. As Haldwani is a small city in the Kumaon region of the Uttarakhand state, we wanted to make people aware of the comfortable and luxurious living we are offering in their city. We wanted to develop our website with a brief description of our villas and properties and also wanted to upload and update the blog section for the same.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for the best content writing services in India as well as in Uttarakhand, and we came across Content Euphoria. As it was based in haldwani we decided to give it a try. After the initial conversation with them, we asked for a few samples. We reviewed their samples and they were really good. So we discussed the further possibilities on developing our website, being a new company,the Content Euphoria team seems very professional and very precise about their work. We liked their approach towards the assignment and their customer service .

After a few meetings and discussions, we decided to take the services from Content euphoria, we find their pricing was decent and they also help us with SEO, Keywords and titles for our blogs and landing pages of our website, and the charges were different for each services. They were very polite and very supportive in making us understand their pricing structure and the importance of website content etc. With initial meetings with the owner and the writers and operations team, they started to work on our website. We were assigned a team of writers and a support team to discuss our queries and ideas on the content for our website.

They assigned a team of 2,3 writers and a member from operations, we were constantly in touch with them on email or WhatsApp. When needed on calls as well.

Our new website and blogs based on the SEO, Keywords and more refined topics and content in our website provided by Content Euphoria, started to show their results in a few weeks. The traffic was gradually increasing and after a few more weeks, new leads started contacting us. Within the coming months, we also discussed increasing the blog's word limits and modifying the structure and quality of the content. They help us in improving our website's overall structure in terms of content. The helped us in every aspect to make our website more visible to the masses.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

After the completion of our Landing page content, we started to work on blogs. We had a meeting with the team and we further discussed our requirements regarding the topics and services that need to be covered. They give us a certain time limit based on the length of the blog etc. They were very punctual about their time of submission. Than we have to review and share our feedback or any changes we need. Than after that we proceed to the payment section.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their professional approach was outstanding! They are customer-oriented. Never charge unnecessary, and always be open to feedback and the quality of content.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are still in their growth and learning face and I don't they need to change anything at this moment. They are doing great and I wish them luck for the future. Content Euphoria keep up the good work.
