Our company publishes provocative stories for the eyes, ears, and imagination by Rich S. I am the Marketing Director.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Datawrkz, and what were your goals?

We needed to reach a niche audience of literature lovers as well as art and music appreciators. We wanted to increase engagement within our app and get more reader feedback.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online and via word of mouth. After interviewing various groups, we decided that Datawrkz understood our very niche product and offered good ideas regarding engagement and building an audience across many channels.

We tested a variety of app install campaigns to see what produced the most engaged results. We then slowly built out those funnels and added budget to these efforts. We are still experimenting with new avenues but have a good foundation for success.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We've always had plenty of resources from their team. Our account manager is always on the other end of an email and we meet weekly.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are seeing increased engagement within our app because we are now reaching an a bigger audience of readers and art appreciators. And we've seen a huge improvement in CPI across many platforms.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We are always emailing back and forth with our account manager re: slight tweaks or small adjustments with creatives and/or campaign strategies. We meet once a week on a video cal, and there's always reporting provided that gives a clear picture of the status of performance and spend.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their creative ideas and strategies in getting our app out to its most appreciative audience are amazing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Perhaps the onboarding process could've been shorter; however, I feel like they took the time to understand our app and what we do to a greater degree than other vendors we've worked with in the past.

We have a community of Comic Book Collectors, and we continue to market for that web site. Datawrkz has continued to provide great visibility for our community.

They were easy to work with and very professional. I also like their online tools.

We are simply marketing our community. We continue to get new users and visitors using Datawrkz.

We usually work with a team of 2 or 3. Most of our work is with account reps. They have been responsive and very professional.

We don't have specific measurements, but continue to use Datawrkz to help drive traffic.

The work flow was very effective.

They have been fantastic. Everything has gone very smooth with Datawrkz.
