When we began to work with Dotsquares, we had strong SEO results, but sadly they got much worse over the course of the work. We spent nearly 18 months trying to work with them, but during that time our traffic dropped to just 25% of what it was at the start of the relationship.
An independent party found that the work they had done was impacting our traffic, so we were paying for SEO that could not have worked.
What was the team composition?
It was mixed throughout.

They took no responsibility for the issues they caused or the terrible SEO services they provided. Our website traffic dropped 75% while in their care after fundamental mistakes were made. They then wanted to charge us again in order to look at the issues.
How did the Dotsquares perform from a project management standpoint?
Everything seemed good, but it turned out not to be the case. When it became clear there were problems, they provided terrible service and custom care.
What impresses you about the Dotsquares?
After a bad year with them, not much. They seemed helpful, but the work is of a very poor standard. If you plan to use them, I advise against it.

They need to understand SEO and the work they do to construct a website. They caused issues and then wanted to charge us to address them.
