Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the social media content manager for a property development company. We specialize in senior care facilities, but also have a few shopping centers and office spaces.

What challenge were you trying to address with Epic Productions, LLC?

They put together our website and help host our sites.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They worked with our team to develop the concept and how we wanted it to look. We explored several different avenues before deciding what we wanted. They walked us through each step to build our site, focusing on UX and making it easy to use. They helped create forms for people who visited the site, built out functions, and included graphic designs.

Since we have several different companies under our umbrella, they also help host each of our sites. They support one of our most recent developments with SEO, PPC, and social media advertising as well. We’ve tried several different campaigns and incorporate geotargeting. On top of all that, they’ve done some onsite video interviews, photography, and drone imaging to advertise our new development.

How did you come to work with Epic Productions, LLC?

One of our previous employees found them and connected us. They were a good fit, and I’ve worked closely with them since.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in 2016 and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’ve been a pivotal partner as we’ve grown our recent senior village development. After working with Epic Productions, LLC, we have a bigger presence in our local community. The increase in brand awareness has helped bring in people to the community and have increased tours. As the social media and content manager, I’m very involved in developing the sites’ content, and they’ve been super helpful.

How did Epic Productions, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Whenever there is an issue or we need to make updates, their team is very responsive. They come up with quick solutions and explore new options to ensure site functionality. As a whole, they’re a helpful team. They’ve always delivered on time and within our budget.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve been impressed by their resourcefulness and the recommendations they’ve made. They even put us in contact with another company that enabled a live chat function on our site. Together, we have a common goal to drive our business and to our communities.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not that I can think of, no.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They’re very receptive to constructive feedback and work well in a collaborative environment. So, keep an eye on your reports and work with them to get the best results.
