We developed a cryptocurrency project under NDA. Developers quickly caught up on the project and provided mobile wallets for it. The app is designed for creating wallets, performing transactions between them, and viewing transaction history.

I'm the COO at a shop-builder startup, handling the hiring and project management for the ongoing projects related to our mobile app.

We worked with EvaCodes for primarily the front-end (and logic) development on the app, as well as front-end development for the related websites.

We wanted to create an app for influencers, that'd allow them to browse our internal catalogue, create their own shop, and add products to their external website.

We conducted a hiring run looking at various different candidates. We then held a meeting over a call and conducted various trial tasks. Once we were happy with the quality of work and communication we moved forward to work together on a part/full-time basis.

We designed our app and created a wireframe for it. We then sent our designs to EvaCodes who had the responsibility to help us turn this into a fully functioning iOS app, which they did. It also needed to connect to an external website for each influencer, which could've been tricky but they managed to complete it successfully.

They assigned several different individuals to manage different aspects of our relationships, from project managers, to anything financial, to our overall experience.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We haven't yet launched so don't have any concrete metrics, but we're really pleased with the quality of the work, the time in which it has been completed, and we've received really good feedback from initial user tests we've conducted.

The workflow was very smooth and it was easy to communicate what needed to be done. They always made sure we were on the same page with what needed to be done and by when.

The delivered solution enabled us to support crypto-based payments and automate several billing-related processes. This reduced manual operations, improved payment reliability, and helped streamline onboarding for international customers.
We also gained better visibility into payment statuses and reconciliations through dashboards and logs, which improved operational control.

Overall, the engagement was smooth and successful. If anything, we would appreciate even more detailed onboarding documentation for internal teams, but this is a minor improvement and did not affect delivery or results.

The MVP product included designing an building the front and backend of the webgame, building the Web3 integration, building the smart contracts and, in the first iteration, running on testnet.

We are just wrapping up the first iteration of the MVP and everything appears to be on track.  EvaCodes have managed every aspect of development from early design until MVP completion.

Their CEO / CCO and the rest of their team leaves you on read for days and seems to have no legal advisor or anything. They just play after their own rules.
