I am the founder of Constituent Hub LLC which is a start-up offshoot of a 25+ year executive advisory practice focused on leading organizational change in large companies. Constituent Hub is enterprise software to facilitate the change leadership or OCM process.

Future Vision Concepts is contracted for the full development of our software.

A functioning cloud-based system in production at a number of organizations.

How did you select this vendor?

Future Vision Concepts have been our vendor of choice for various web and infrastructure projects over the years. The ability to represent both the back-end and user interface perspective was crucial in our decision to engage.

Constituent Hub is a complex enterprise system. This project was to develop the system from scratch, establish and configure the cloud infrastructure for our system using Azure, and to develop the core system functionality working with our user design team, and to develop custom solutions for our clients.

What was the team composition?

Jason Barnes is the primary contact and developer for our project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The system functionality exceeds our expectations regarding functionality, ease of use, and flexibility. Compared to just an order-taker coder, Future Vision Concepts provides us educated advice on how best to approach a development opportunity so we land on the best right answer that considers our future product roadmap and growth.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The working relationship is fabulous. While we serve as product manager Future Vision Concepts, playing the role of design and development team is great. Communication is solid and progress to deadlines in a dynamic environment is perfect.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The ability to work the front-end and back-end within the same high-end resources is rare. It makes for a better product. Jason acts as an owner of Constituent Hub in his actions considering our clients, the product needs, and the technology at all times.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is very little that can be improved. Future Vision Concepts is a trusted partner for our future.
