They were terrible, unprofessional, and had no recollection of details shared. Every meeting was a surprise to the accountant, as if they were hearing details of the case for the first time. They kept giving me the run around, misinformed me on steps I needed to take, and managed to delay my timeline by months.

they outsource everything, doesn't seem like a legitimate business.

Stop assigning junior accountants to cases that require attention to detail. Maybe get a CRM to help you track simple information about your client so your accontants aren't asking silly questions - total loss of confidence in the accountant and the firm.

I'm extremely glad I reached out to GTA Accounting. Sohail was extremely patient with me and answered any questions that I had and always welcomed me to contact him any time should I need to.
