iMark has been implementing all sorts of things that are improving our SEO for a local business. To be honest, the scope of work is beyond a lot of my understanding. They have been implementing a number of changes and recommending even more that we can make directly to our site and its content to improve our overall SEO.

Still a work in progress but we have over 30 keywords that we have targeted and get detailed reports weekly with progress.

They have been very punctual and thorough. As is the case with SEO, we are a work in progress... with only 2 months under our belt, I can't confirm the results. However, based on the work flow so far, it is apparent that they are very efficient and knowledgeable... The initial setup objectives were delivered quickly and efficiently – success is a little too early to establish given the nature of the service but based on the supplied access and level of detail demonstrated we feel comfortable that we will have a clear view of the results and level of success as soon as theses begin to appear.

I got their 50-keyword package and they helped rank my clients for those keywords with high-quality links. Each month they provided a detailed report of all SEO activities and logged time. For the most part, all deliverables were delivered on time. There were two occasions that I recall that items were turned in delayed, but when communicated, they were expedited.

There were sometimes delays, and I had to chase and push a lot at the beginning. Like any offshore team and project management it required a lot of input from my end, rather than them just "running with it". However once the trust and understanding was build. I enjoyed working with them.

Some of the account managers that were assigned to our company's project really poured their heart & attention which made the experience of working with them very enjoyable and produced good results.
Our engagement / website was not as straightforward and historically had a low budget – I do feel that the agency and most account managers (not all...but then I just asked for those to be replaced with someone who is a better fit, wasn't an issue) – I felt / feel that they really care and do their best to deliver given those limitations.
Are there any areas for improvement or something iMark Infotech Pvt. Ltd. could have done differently?
Yes, account managers change too often. It takes 2 months (at least) for the new account manager to get up to speed – and then only after working for 6-8 months and we get into a "groove" of working together - they leave the company. And we have to go to another cycle of getting new account manager on board...
