We started with Google Ads, and later added Facebook ads. We focused on marketing our stairlift installation service first since it has super specific keywords. That made it easier to see what was working.

One thing I liked was that they didn’t just run ads—they actually looked at our business and made recommendations. The biggest one was to rebuild our website. Our old site was custom-built and kinda clunky. They moved us to WordPress, which made everything way easier to update and better for SEO.

Now that our website is in a better place, we’re looking at expanding our marketing to other services. iMark Infotech will be handling more backend SEO, backlinks, and other optimizations. They also do content creation, which we might use later on.

Gave them access to our accounts, let them dig into everything we were doing. Took ‘em a few days to come back with a plan, and then they just ran with it. Now they handle all our PPC stuff and send us reports every week so we know what’s working and what’s not.

Sales went up since we started working with them, so yeah, it’s working. We actually understand what’s happening with our ads now instead of just guessing. They make sure we have everything we need, which makes decisions way easier.

No issues. Stuff gets done on time, within budget, and we don’t have to chase them down for updates. They keep us in the loop without us having to ask.
