They don't just set and forget campaigns; they are constantly testing new variables to find incremental gains. It is rare to find an agency that combines such a high level of technical expertise with a personality that makes the daily collaboration enjoyable.

While their performance has been incredible, it took us a few weeks to perfectly dial in our lead qualification criteria early on. However, their team was extremely responsive and used data to make adjustments until the quality was exactly where we needed it. There is really very little to criticize when you are seeing consistent growth and have such a transparent partner.

One of the biggest wins has been bringing in higher-quality site traffic through channels like Reddit. That’s helped us reach more relevant audiences and build credibility in our space, which has been really valuable for brand awareness. We’ve also seen strong improvements in campaign performance overall — our retargeting campaigns are seeing much higher CTR, and CPCs have come down as the campaigns have been optimized.

The team is easy to work with, collaborative, and always open to trying new ideas. It’s been a really positive partnership and we’re excited to keep building on what we’ve started together.

Klientboost has very clear methods of communication. All back and forth was done clearly and easily through our Account Manager via email, Slack, or virtual meeting. The team is very responsive and works well with the material they're enabled with. Responses, actions, and requests are prompt and constructive. We have bi-weekly syncs (virtual meetings) and the team is always prepared with an agenda and feedback.

They also help us with Landing Page testing and CRO, which they have done an excellent job of executing.

I've been very impressed with the people at Klientboost we've worked with and their quality of work. The relationship between us and our Klientboost team is truly collaborative rather than "call and response". Feedback and direction we've been given has been well-researched and/or experienced which gives me confidence is the decisions we make and how we present them.

Would love to see more innovative tests, right now our tests are rather basic, but effective. Knowing the way things are rapidly changing, I'd love to see some suggestions about testing AI-driven strategies or new emerging search tactics.

In the beginning, the onboarding process could have been more streamlined. It required a significant amount of time and effort to provide all the information they needed to get started. While we understand this was ultimately for our benefit and helped set the foundation for their exceptional performance, a more guided or simplified onboarding experience would have made the process feel less overwhelming.

That said, once the onboarding was complete, their communication, organization, and results far exceeded our expectations, making the initial effort worthwhile. Streamlining this part of the process could make an already outstanding experience even better.

While a few individual employees were a pleasure to work with, none of them remained at the company for long. Their departures, often citing reasons similar to my own, highlight a concerning pattern of employee dissatisfaction and potential internal issues at KlientBoost.

Are there any areas for improvement or something KlientBoost could have done differently?

My seven-year journey with KlientBoost has been a tale of two halves. Initially, their customer-centric approach and dedication to results impressed me, but over time, this focus shifted towards a robotic, task-oriented approach that seemed to prioritize internal metrics over my company's actual needs and goals. 

The final blow came when I requested a two-month pause in services due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite our long history of month-to-month agreements, they rigidly enforced a 12-month contract I was completely unaware of. Their refusal to consider even a minor compromise was shocking, especially coming from the company's Founder, whose cold response seemed solely focused on his own self-interests. 

This experience highlighted several concerning aspects of KlientBoost's operations: 

Misleading Contracts: The sudden shift to a 12-month contract without clear communication felt deceptive and exploitative. 

Lack of Flexibility: Their unwillingness to accommodate a reasonable request from a loyal, long-term client demonstrated a disregard for building lasting relationships. 

Decline in Service Quality: The steady decrease in results that mattered to my company over the past few years and the focus on soliciting positive NPS scores instead of addressing my concerns revealed their true priorities. 

Propped-Up Reputation: The forced nature of their quarterly business reviews (QBRs) felt insincere and focused more on maintaining their image than genuinely addressing client needs. 

While I acknowledge the early positive aspects of our partnership, my recent experience has irrevocably tarnished my view of KlientBoost. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend their services. 

If you're seeking a marketing partner who genuinely cares about your success, values open communication, and is willing to adapt to your needs, I urge you to look elsewhere. Consider a smaller, more boutique agency that prioritizes personalized attention and results over rigid contracts and inflated reviews.

It's also worth noting that KlientBoost recently removed its Google Business Listing, where my initial review was posted. As my review highlights, their service and ethics have been in decline, which was evident in their online reviews. It leads me to believe they removed their listing as a damage control measure.
