We wanted a mobile app for our cosmetics company for our users in other to have easy access to our website and gain more traffic. We noticed a rapid downfall of traffic on our website and this lead to reduction of sales. We thought of way to get our business go viral so we came to the idea of developing a mobile app. Our ultimate goal is get more visitors that will convert to long time clients.

Amazing app developers! They are very knowledgeable made everything easy throughout the project. We had series of meetings with them discussing our goals and objectives, they understood what will need. They show initiative with developing new ways of thinking to improve projects performance and contribute positively to the overall performance of the project through consistent and quality work. They delivered a well designed app and users gave amazing reviews and compliment on the app

A project manager was assigned to be our main point of contact with two more developers who worked hand in hand with him.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Within two months after launching the mobile app, we were shocked to over 5,000 downloads on app store with many 5-stars reviews abt the app which lead to a great turnaround in our sales. We now have new investors and potential clients globally.

The team were amazing, they make sure they carried us along and made everything easy for us. Their project manager is awesome with a great communication. We communicate daily on the progress of the app, which mostly via slack and e-mails.

What challenge were you trying to address with Plentitud?

We were looking for a fresh eye on our current brand look and feel, and we wanted to make it more contemporary. We also wanted to rebuild our website, which was outdated and didn’t good.

We use our website to showcase our strengths. We also use it to offer different services and products. We wanted this message to be clear to our customers, which is why we hired someone with experience in this area.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Plentitud built and designed a new website for us from scratch. They developed the site using HTML and JavaScript. They didn’t use a CMS, which was great because we wanted the website to be fast. That was only achievable by using very customized technologies and not using pre-designed or template-based solutions.

We worked with several people from their side, including their VP and project manager. We communicated through the latter most of the time.

We did some online research and contacted about 5–6 agencies; three of them got back to us. Among those three, we chose Plentitud to create the website based on their creative approach and reliable pricing. We also selected them because they got in touch with us quickly about our inquiry.

We worked on this project together from January–June 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We gained more website visitors when comparing it to the same time last year — to be exact, we saw a 110% increase in traffic. We also improved our conversion rate.

How did Plentitud perform from a project management standpoint?

For the most part, they delivered outputs on time and stayed within the budget. We added some things in the middle of the project, so we needed more time to complete it. We communicated with them through email and phone calls. We also held meetings at times.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their straightforward approach was impressive. From start to finish, they clearly told us what they could and could not do. In a nutshell, they were very good at providing information about their vision of the project.

I can’t think of anything.

After launching the new website, the high traffic increased by 90%. We received amazing compliment from our customers and more visitors who are now potential customers due to the newly developed landing page visitors now have a better understanding of what service entails.

Plentitud's service was flawless!! Absolutely stunning. Great quality, and value for money that's off the charts. They improved what we had offered by way of content - and did so without prompting. And the changes we requested - due to us having some extra ideas rather than any need to fix what Plentitud had done - were done speedily and perfectly. Speaking of speed, Plentitud outperformed on the delivery date. We'd use Plentitud again in a heartbeat.

Working with Platitud was more like working with SuperHeroes! We came to them with a very complicated idea, not only did they deliver a beautiful website, but they did so with professionalism. They were able to do such a perfect website for us and delivery was quick, and made our website exactly what will imagine. We couldn't be more pleased, even our visitors were giving complement and great feedback on the great design on the website.
