I’m the support manager at Avanturica.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Plentitud?
We were looking for a fresh eye on our current brand look and feel, and we wanted to make it more contemporary. We also wanted to rebuild our website, which was outdated and didn’t good.
We use our website to showcase our strengths. We also use it to offer different services and products. We wanted this message to be clear to our customers, which is why we hired someone with experience in this area.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Plentitud built and designed a new website for us from scratch. They developed the site using HTML and JavaScript. They didn’t use a CMS, which was great because we wanted the website to be fast. That was only achievable by using very customized technologies and not using pre-designed or template-based solutions.
What is the team composition?
We worked with several people from their side, including their VP and project manager. We communicated through the latter most of the time.
How did you come to work with Plentitud?
We did some online research and contacted about 5–6 agencies; three of them got back to us. Among those three, we chose Plentitud to create the website based on their creative approach and reliable pricing. We also selected them because they got in touch with us quickly about our inquiry.
How much have you invested in them?
We spent between $23,000–$30,000 CAD (approximately $17,000–$23,000 USD).

We worked on this project together from January–June 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We gained more website visitors when comparing it to the same time last year — to be exact, we saw a 110% increase in traffic. We also improved our conversion rate.
How did Plentitud perform from a project management standpoint?
For the most part, they delivered outputs on time and stayed within the budget. We added some things in the middle of the project, so we needed more time to complete it. We communicated with them through email and phone calls. We also held meetings at times.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their straightforward approach was impressive. From start to finish, they clearly told us what they could and could not do. In a nutshell, they were very good at providing information about their vision of the project.

I can’t think of anything.
