Remote CoWorker provides virtual personal assistant services. Initially, I interviewed several candidates through Google Meet and chose one based on their strengths. 

The assistant helps me organize my personal finances, including categorizing expenses to prepare for taxes, reviewing credit card and bank statements, and doing personal accounting and bookkeeping. She also helps me organize appointments, emails, and calendars.

I mainly work with one personal assistant.

We spend $740 a month.

Remote CoWorker has helped me save about 10 hours a week, which I can spend on other tasks. The quality of their work is excellent and exceeds my expectations.

Our numbers of new clients has increased drasticly to the point that we are hirring new attorneys to help with all of our cases.

Administrative:

Maintain contact details for stakeholders, vendors, clients, etc. (business contacts, etc.) with Contact Database (Full Contact) and CRM (Bloomerang/Salesforce)
Cultivate relationships and maintain contact with external colleagues/funders and their administrative assistants on behalf of the CEO and BTC leadership. 
Assist in the management of organizational policies and procedures and organize BTC documents in shared online storage. 
Support the execution and logistical planning for donor mailings and other development communications including but not limited to the end-of-year appeal, the annual report, and other activities 
Collaborate with the Development team on all fundraising tasks

RIght now we just needed assistance with posting content a few times a week for our clients. We aim to move toward other aspects such as ad creation/management, but we are not quite there yet. We are primarily focused on having our VA learn the language of the business and how we want to represent our clients via posts / ad copy / etc.

It is taking some time to train our virtual assistant, but I think that is typical for anyone starting in a new position. So far, it has been great, and we are starting to get into a flow that is very helpful. We are pretty on the same page at this point in time & our assistant has given some good ideas to enhance productivity.

I think it's a great company for anyone who needs assistance with their day to day tasks that are on the side of being time consuming. Things that are still of value, but by hiring this company for their services, we can free up time for the tasks that are more important in our daily schedule.

Nothing really, we have fairly straightforward tasks at hand, so it was a good fit. I'm not sure how in depth other assistants may be. I'm sure they have VAs with plenty of certifications and skillsets.

I have a "Todo" list that documents fairly detailed tasks that are to be completed. This spreadsheet clearly identifies what has and has not been finalized. This is also used as a measurable outcome.
