The Right Way ensured that each candidate met those requirements and interviewed them to ensure they had good communication skills, could work under pressure, and could work with others. Once the team ensured candidates met their certifications and other requirements, they gave candidates a test scenario where they had to work together to come up with something. The groups that were able to work together were the ones who were hired. The Right Way's team also provided training for the candidates.
