Our lead pipeline tripled from what it was previously with Social Bloom. Social Bloom gave us personal connections that we wouldn't have had the opportunity to pursue previously.

Possibly being open to slightly more nurturing email campaigns rather than just straight sales could benefit Social Bloom. Our industry requires a bit of a longer game in sales and not always just an immediate sale from someone interested in our services.

We had the need to run an email campaign targeting a new niche for our outsourcing services. That means we needed to target the correct decision makers, in the channels they best repsond to, when seeing our message. SocialBloom helped identify not only the decision makers, but internal influencers, with their correct contact info (email, phone numbers, titles, etc). 

Furthermore, we worked together developing scripts and email templates that not only helped on this project but will with further projects down the road. Caleb and team were also transparent about ramp up time, which is extremely important so you have the right expectations as your project kick-offs. This project was a big success and we can't thank Caleb and his team enough. Highly recommend.

May sound funny but the answer is, "That their value proposition was actually their value proposition." We were told their goal was to get us qualified meetings with influencers and decision makers, looking to make decisions in the near future; and that's what we got.

I don't know about doing something differently, but I hope to work with them going forward, and that as we grow with them, they continue to be able to produce the same level of work. I don't see any reason why that wont, but it is always a good thing to keep in mind. For any company, actually.

• We landed quite a few calls and have had a good amount of replies that have turned into potential leads. We would have liked to close something, but as a company internally, we need to regroup on our potential target market.

Very clear on progress. We received weekly updates on their progress. We were always notified when someone has responded and what the response was, so the level of transparency is extraordinary.
