The scope of work involves the strategic development, refinement, and ongoing optimization of Fairport Montessori Academy’s digital presence, with a focus on three key areas: website experience, admissions funnel design, and targeted online advertising.

This includes working collaboratively with Sophie Gagnon to enhance the structure, messaging, and functionality of the school’s website to clearly reflect our AMI Montessori identity, programs, and long-term vision. A central component of this work is the design and implementation of a streamlined, high-converting online admissions form, ensuring that prospective families can move seamlessly from initial interest to inquiry and application.

In parallel, the scope includes the planning and execution of targeted digital advertising campaigns across Instagram and Facebook, aimed at attracting well-aligned families who are actively seeking an authentic Montessori education. This includes audience targeting, campaign messaging, creative direction, and ongoing performance monitoring and optimization.

I also have new people contacting me, which has sparked conversations connected to my more than 20 years in politics. I now have a consistent and professional public presence that allows me to share my reflections with a wider audience. In just the first month alone, my content reached more than 44,000 unique people and generated over 100,000 impressions, along with strong engagement.
