• Develop Marketplace payment system using Stripe Marketplace Payment Platform
• Setup and document build environment to support app development 
• Develop new features for streamitnow - including interactive chat and emoticons during events, OBS integration, camera and audio testing, self service affiliate distribution system
• Maintain Site Operations to ensure product was up and running

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Xpress Tickets is a startup, and the StreamItNow.com framework was developed initially by another developer, but moved development to Sparksupport for their  expertise in livestream technology. Our goals were all met:

• Develop functional MVP of app to beta test - Done. 
• Hold beta test events of ~50 attendees for concerts and seminars. There were multiple successful tests
• Test loading with 80+ concurrent users. Load tested successfully. 
• Keep product up and running during marketing conversion tests on facebook and Google. Drove thousands of users to the site with no tech issues during marketing AB tests. 
• Maintain site and keep operartional at all times and current on SaaS API and SW. In 3+ years, only one incident where an undocumented Twitter API change took the site offline, which Spark identified and fixed immediately

They're an excellent development partner. They were fast, reliable, ontime and very communicative. Their lead engineer served as project manager and was very organized, tracking all issues to completion and escalating issues as needed. Of most importance was Sparksupport quality of development. Their code was very well QA'd, stable and performant. 

We were very happy with the work overall by Sparksupport and feel they do an excellent job. I have been a software executive with experience at Microsoft, eBay, EA and have a very high bar for outsourced development and Sparksupport executes at a very high level of quality.

• Commitment to our success: Due to timezine differences between Sparksupport IST and our US based customer base, our events sometimes occurred at very early morning hours for Spartksupport. Despite this, their team would wake up at 4 or 5AM IST, sometimes on Saturday to be present at our events to provide tech support. We told them it was OK to skip, but they were highly committed to our success and were willing to go above and beyond.
• Livestream expertise: We moved from our original developer to Sparksupport, partially because our first developer could not get livestreaming from Wowza working reliable, despite $10K+ of consulting from Wowza. When we moved to Sparksupport, their team showed their expertise in livestream and Wowza tech bu recommending a different Wowza service and then re-implemented the livestream. After their replatform, the livestream was reliable, performant and stable. 
• Quality: New builds from Sparksupport are well QA'd and it was very rare to find any major issue with the software, despite some complex integrations and tech such as Wowza and Stripe Marketplace.

Sparksupport provided excellent development and ops for us. If there was one area for improvement, it may be the lack of high end UX/Design resources. Spark is able to do standard UI, but when it comes to more complex flows and design, there is more guidance required. That said, we were able to work around this together.

SparkSupport redesigned our website. First, we discussed our needs with SparkSupport's team. We explained to the team that our site's main goal is to help our company look more professional to prospective clients and competitors. We required our site to list our work and accomplishments in a polished way. 

SparkSupport provided five different design options and guided us through each of the project's steps. After we chose the design we liked, SparkSupport created the framework and helped us define the number of pages our site required. The team has designed each webpage and defined the site's language. SparkSupport has completed our website and will continue to provide maintenance services.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

SparkSupport has taken the time to try different designs, ensuring we were satisfied with the final work. The team has created a great design that we love and launched a website, resulting in an uptick in views. SparkSupport cares greatly about our satisfaction with their work and has held my hand throughout the process. 

We've gone through five iterations of our homepage design until landing on the perfect layout that caught our eye. SparkSupport has explained the important aspects of web design to grab users' eyes and drive people in, demonstrating their expertise since our site has met expectations.

Initially, we had Zoom meetings with SparkSupports' team to brainstorm ideas and gather information. The team has presented us with options via email, and we have discussions over the phone as per my preference. We've had several Zoom calls, during which SparkSupport performed changes so that I could see them in the moment. We also communicated via phone. SparkSupport tends to my communication preferences.

We've dealt with other web design companies but had a poor site before working with SparkSupport. In our past experiences, service providers delivered work according to the quote, and if we asked for changes, we had to pay more money. SparkSupport cares about the final product, which is their most impressive aspect.
