The scope of work for The Blockchain Team on this project included the design and development of a blockchain-based platform for securely storing and managing resumes. The key deliverables of the project included the creation of smart contracts for managing access to the platform, the implementation of user interfaces for candidates and hiring managers, and the integration of the platform with existing HR systems. 

Specifically, the team was responsible for developing the architecture of the platform, creating the smart contracts and integrating them with the Ethereum blockchain, designing the user interfaces for both candidates and hiring managers, and developing the search functionality to enable hiring managers to find qualified candidates.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Because the Blockchain team was able to deliver the project well before time, We were able to get the first movers advantage in this domain of Uploading Resume's on blockchain. This got many investors interested in our project and we were able to raise a good amount of investment

The Blockchain Team's project management was excellent throughout the project. They were very organized and kept us informed of their progress every step of the way. They delivered all items on time and met every milestone set in the project plan. Any changes to the project scope or timeline were communicated promptly, and they provided clear explanations and options for us to consider. 

The team was also very responsive to our needs and requests. They were always available to answer questions, provide feedback, and address any concerns that arose. Their communication was clear and concise, and they were always professional and courteous.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope of the project was to design and develop a staking platform on Solana blockchain. The platform was named Solster. It had to have advanced features like staking, liquidity pools, distribution, wallet etc. Key deliverables are as below 

• Design and development of the platform
• A launchpad based on Solana blokchain. 
• Liquidity pools, yield farming and staking on the Solana blockchain. 
• UI/UX, frontend and backend 
• Creation of smart contracts 
• Security Audit

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Bug free system without any major glitch 
• Load testing to check how many simultaneous users can be handled 
• Testing transaction volume on the platform 
• Accuracy of calculation for the liquidity pool

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

TheBlockchainTeam followed agile methodology of development. The entire approach was very professional and well-defined. The first step was to create a detailed BRD followed by wireframes. Once the wireframes were approved then they were converted to UI. After this the entire scope was divided into weekly sprints. Most of the sprints were delivered on time. 

At times, when there was a change in scope it was incorporated in the following sprint and made a part of a change-requirement (CR) document. I believe, the blockchain team at GlobalVox is very mature and know the best practices of project development and delivery.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

TheBlockchainTeam comprises of members focused on blockchain technology. They are very focused and agile in their approach. The project manager had considerable experience and understood our requirement from the first discussion-call. Infact, a lot of good to have features were also suggested by the team. Overall a very satisfactory experience and would recommend TheBlockchainTeam@GlobalVox for any blockchain or web3 development work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Blockchain Team could have done differently?

A stronger QA team would have helped - to test the system in more depth and with more speed. Rest entire experience was a delight.
