I am the co-owner of Heritage Clinic of Chiropractic. We offer chiropractic care to the community of Delaware, Ohio and neighboring communities.

We were looking for a location to open our Chiropractic Clinic at. We had specific needs we had to have and Toby Boyce helped us find the right place.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We wanted to work with someone local to Delaware, Ohio, so we did some search on local commercial real estate agents. After some searching we found Toby Boyce. After reaching out to him, he was always fast to respond to us and gave us great service.

When we first connected, we gave Toby details on what we wanted for the clinic (such as square footage, location, and price range). After he got an idea of what we wanted he sent over a number of locations for us to explore and see how we looked the locations. We worked hand in hand in order to find the right location for us.

What were the terms and the value of the lease, and what percentage did Toby Boyce, Coldwell Banker Realty - Marysville / Delaware take in commission?

We secured a $50,400 three year lease for the business. The percentage is unknown due to the fact the Toby was the realtor for the lease location.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the engagement or general feedback about the services?

We secured a very favorable lease with the help of Toby Boyce. The location was great, along with good terms. The services we received were top notch. We are under some construction right now with the office and will be opening our office in about 6 weeks.

Toby communicated with us almost daily at times with emails, phone calls, and text messages. Communication was always great and whenever we left a message he was very timely getting back to us.

The help that he provided us was great. Being in this process for the first time, we helped guide us so we knew what to do. He was always respectful to us and answered any and all questions we had.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There was once a minor lack of communication, but it happened only once. Most likely a slip of mind.

Our specificd deal was a 1-3 year lease that totaled around $16,000 annually. I believe that commission was about $500, however I was so pleased with the leg-work that I paid $600.
