2x40FT Import container arrived at Seattle port. We need to move them to Chicago warehouse during this hard logistic situation and availability.

Vizion offers a sensible solution and more cost effective compared with others.

As seaports are congested around the globe, we have more urgency to get the import items as soon as possible to final warehouse in Chicago. Vizion offered for transloading process at the nearest seattle port and reloading them to domestic trailers. With that, any domestic trucking can just haul and do not need to return back to seattle. With the current increase of trucking prices, it is a simple solution that saved us more than usual.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Vizion gave update every 3 days for the container pick up status at the port. Once port allowed them to pick up the container, they did the transloading in a day and start interstate trucking the following day. Everything was very systematic and on schedule.

It was very effective and concise.

Outstanding customer service. They had the ability to find solutions in different challenging scenarios.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Maybe sending out weekly summary instead of every 3 days.
