Our previous website did not meet the current standards of a modern fast site. The Weather was tasked to develop a front-end with UX/UI-friendly responsive design following our requests on the layout and content. Implement a WordPress-based CMS to manage the website’s content efficiently. Optimize on-site SEO and connect the analytics dashboard to track the website's performance.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

(add at least one metric) The Weather Agency not only met but exceeded our expectations. The speed was improved by 18%. It is too early to summarize other analytics. We believe the users will return to revisit the website to read our findings and projects.

Their project management was really efficient. We were assigned a dedicated project manager who kept us informed at every stage of the project. Each deliverable was executed on schedule. They were quick to implement revisions and advice on hosting and domain register topics.

What set The Weather apart was their holistic approach. They did not just focus on delivering a product but provided a complete and sustainable solution. We highly appreciated the content migration of 1k+ articles from the original site and CMS workshop.

While the overall experience was overwhelmingly positive, there's always room for improvement. We found a few mistakes right after the site migration. The Weather quickly corrected all of them

• The website worked since then as a digital business card that I had beside my show reel also something to share with agencies to be applied to potential projects. Since I didn't had anything online before it doubled my projects since then.

We wanted to have a website with custom post types that we are able to upload and maintain local graffiti artists and their work. The Weather was coming up with good references and the first draft was already amazing. In the next steps they turned the design into a working content managing system and we are about to embbed our database with artists and images.

Key deliverables were a stable design which is matching our target group and the things we are going to share as well as the setup of a state-of-the-art website.

• In the beginning the website is working as the best business card you can imagine. Every artist we asked this far to join our network was instantly saying yes. The website is showing on one side a close connection to the art scene as well as professionality.

wanted to rebrand my CI and update my website and get all relevant office materials like business cards, letter heads, Power Point presentations from the same agency. We started with finalizing a modern and slim design and when we agreed on it, my website was rebuild from scratch, with new pictures, colors, fonts and interactive animations. After we finalized this a whole office package was created.

A young and motivated team but first of all: They helped me with everything I wanted, starting with the right direction of the design to communicate without words that I know my business well and also connecting all my Apple services(mails, calendar) with a Google workspace account to keep my business life easy to organize.

They built and designed the entire website using WordPress and Elementor Pro, which allows us to make simple changes to our menu without any IT help. We found that very practical. The Weather created a logotype and set up the corporate identity. They provided us with the graphics we use in our communication.

The project was straightforward enough, involving some story-boarding and planning of key features and requirements. The team then proposed several design examples and helped me to navigate through my options. Eventually we agreed a style, worked on the content, and then finalised the overall look.

All very easy. The Weather also helped me with the transfer of my existing site from an old domain to a new one.

I worked closely with two experienced team members. Both were great to work with and very responsive.

Our previous website did not meet our new goals and requirements – clean design, dynamic content, shipping calculator, and easily editable site. We hired The Weather team to design and develop a WordPress site for us so our clients can review our extensive portfolio, filter products, and get in touch with us easily.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for web development agencies with Czech copywriters. The Weather agency came up with a friendly attitude and detailed offer which met all our requirements (including video post/production).

After the opening call, we had a kick-off meeting to discuss the scope, functionalities, and next steps in detail. We were asked to fill out two questionnaires (for content creation and finding the design direction) and to deliver all media and content (+ filter values) we want to publish.

The agency returned with a front-page design – we discussed the fonts, colors, and layout. After implementing the feedback, the developers delivered the entire site in WordPress (with the updated Czech content). We suggested a few changes in the features and UI. The Weather had the finished website and migrated it to our web hosting.

We highly appreciated the WordPress and Elementor Pro workshop and manuals the agency provided – with these we can edit the site content independently.

We got to know two project managers from The Weather team, but most of the time we communicated with Lenka – a Czech project manager who also organized the video shoot in our Prague studio.

The site is easily editable. Now we are still working on uploading our large portfolio. The Weather set up the website in maintenance mode.

We communicated with one project manager who organized everything on the agency’s side which was comfortable for us. We used email and Google Meet to coordinate the project. The agency worked in phases (design phase – feedback phase – development phase – feedback phase).

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They found a solution for each of our requirements and understood our needs. They delivered a modern and professional website and took the time to teach us how to update the content ourselves.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Overall we were very satisfied with the services, the end result and the speed of execution and reaction of the agency, the only thing that could be improved is the video-making service that did not exactly met our demands, but aside from this everything went smoothly and we are very happy with our new website!

We wanted someone with a good eye for aesthetics, given we are a high end brand. We also wanted someone who is detail-oriented.

Then there was a brand guideline form that we filled out so our website would be in alignment with the branding of our company. We then discussed some possible website designs that we liked and the general direction for the design.

I’m the CEO of Discover Prague Tours, a tour company.

We needed help with design and development of our website, the booking platform, and IT in general.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Weather helped us rebuild one website, and the other they designed and developed from scratch. 

We had the first website, which was built by another company, for many years. Things weren’t working out, and The Weather reworked the entire thing. 

The team brought their ideas to us. We had a sense of what we wanted, but for the most part, they were in control of the creative. The team also added new products and offered us services like blogging, Facebook, and Instagram. The Weather also manages our Google Ads.

The team took a consultative approach to building both websites. They walked through different options and possibilities with us. Currently, The Weather maintains our site.

I work directly with only a couple people, though I know there are others involved. I had one main point of contact who was really nice and friendly.

I’m satisfied with their work. Compared to what we had, The Weather gave us quite a refreshing and good looking website. We get a lot of good feedback from customers. They say it’s nice, simple, and looks good. It’s very user friendly.
