The Web Provider designed and developed the website from scratch using WordPress. They provide social media marketing on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Their team also handles our paid advertising and organic traffic.

A friend referred me to them. We searched online for more information. They’ve done a few projects in the same industry and that made me confident to trust them.

We have invested $15,000.

Our ongoing engagement began in May 2020.

I had a great experience with The Web Provider. They’re professionals. I wasn’t expecting this caliber of results. They delivered whatever they committed to, and I’m highly satisfied. I’ve heard a lot of good feedback from our friends.

How did The Web Provider perform from a project management standpoint?

They assigned me an account manager. Every couple of days, they update me with the progress and get approvals. We communicate via email and phone calls almost every day.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their customer service, project management, and delivery are superb. They give me updates and share things with me. They made suggestions that would work better. They took interest and gave valuable thoughts.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, everything is good.

Try working with them. I’m sure you’ll be satisfied.

They were well-reviewed and pushed hard for my business. Turns out that was incredulous.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They strung me along for over two months about my getting my money back, sent me only a portion of my refund, and then proceeded to ghost me and run off with $1,000 that they said time and time again they would be sending back to me.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

I engaged with these guys for web design, and found out BEFORE they'd done any work that I had a health issue. I had to cancel the work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They never did, and now they ignore all phone calls, emails, and texts. I would highly suggest that you never, ever do business with this company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Matthew and Rick obviously are good with shoddy business practices, and I wouldn't give them a single cent.
