The technical lead does a great job in spending time to understand our requirements and translate them into achievable specifications. They deliver define milestones to our expectations and take effort to ensure that all of our concerns and feature requests are addressed in a timely manner.

For the most part, their estimation process is accurate and within our budget. Having a full-service Wordpress Development Team helps us by minimizing our project management requriements.

Provide a support plan for ongoing maintenance of projects and plugins completed that can take less than 40 hours a month. It would be good for them to branch out into website maintenance to complement their custom development efforts. If you have a minimum of 40 hours worth of work to be completed in a month, their service is exceptional.
