encite and the TCR team collaborated to identify a strategy to find candidates for our CNA, Medical Assisting, Barbering, and Cosmetology instructor openings. After working with encite, we decided to develop a series of Meta ads that focused on our geographic area and placed those ads in front of potential candidates that had the qualifications for the positions.

encite’s deliverables were to develop the artwork for the ad itself and evolve copy we wrote for the job descriptions to be used in the ad copy. They also created the campaign on the Meta platform, while managing it every step of the way and reporting back to us on the success of the campaign.

The ads linked directly to the job application on our district’s website. The measurable outcomes were how many applications received and we received enough to set up interviews and fill the position.

We enlisted encite to develop a printed marketing piece that we can use to hand out at meetings and events. The brochure was a capabilities piece that communicated our mission while detailing how businesses or residents could engage with our organization.

The key deliverable was an 8.5” x 11” bifold brochure. encite helped us with identifying this format. We originally wanted a trifold brochure, but after collaborating with encite, we landed on the bifold. The reason being: it’s much easier to communicate our message in a linear fashion while also avoiding the pitfalls of the actual folding of the piece

The success of the project is already evident. We have presented the piece to other members of the board of directors and they all are happy with the direction of the design.

With any printed marketing piece, ROI is difficult to measure, since there are many intangibles involved. However, we know the design is representing us correctly.

encite was very easy to work with, since we already had a relationship with them. Their team was very responsive and candid, which we like. They communicate quickly and clearly which was key to meet the tight deadline we set for ourselves. They met that deadline with a couple of days to spare!

encite came up with some different ideas that were really outside of the box. I don’t have actual metrics to share on the impact of their work, but we’ve continued our relationship with them and are incorporating content marketing and email outreach now as well. We’re excited to keep implementing the new and different ideas they consistently bring us.
