They’ve been really great. I called them the Wednesday before Thanksgiving with an issue and they pulled team members together to handle it over the holiday. Depending on the issue, they can solve it in a matter of hours. As a beta site, we’re also asking them to develop or change things that are more complex, and they’ve been very responsive and proactive with those needs as well. They check in along the way as they build things out. They don’t disappear for weeks at a time and then come and show us something. We’ve been really engaged with them the entire time.

Also, we’ve gotten a considerable amount of likes and some positive feedback. People have told me that the ads look good and that they like them. I do a lot of my work late at night, and, on the Gravity Junction site, they have a support button that leads me to a form I can fill out 24/7. The form is simple, and it’s rare that they have questions about what I need done. We have a calendar I can go to and set up an appointment. These meetings help us make sure we’re headed in the right direction. There was a communication gap with our prior company but I’ve never felt like that with Gravity Junction.
