      Even though they’re primarily in charge of our ads, I’ve found it impressive that they strive to understand more about my business, what we’re looking to achieve, and with whom we’re looking to achieve it. I’ve interviewed a lot of agencies that specialized in social media or PPC that only wanted to talk about those areas and didn’t care about my business. That wasn’t for me.

      I rate their project management very highly. I always hear back to any concerns within 24 hours, and usually the same day. The take aways from our weekly meetings are always completed within a few days. Many past agencies I've worked with try really hard for the first year and then coast. I feel that the people I've worked with at AMG continue to care and strive for improvement even 5 years down the line.

      Ross and Declan. The most positive thing about Ross is that he lives and breathes marketing and design. He's extremely punctual and has strong communication. He pushed me when I wasn't providing enough clarity, and it allowed for accountability from both parties. Moreover, the communication with the team was solid. 3.7 Designs took feedback very well. I also appreciated that, thanks to their expertise, they pushed back when we had terrible ideas, which was a good thing.

      We held in-person or virtual meetings for key milestones dates, weekly status emails, lead contact for all ad-hoc and timely questions. All meetings were followed up with meeting notes and action items clearly noted. I always received a confirmation of my question or inquiry with an estimated response if they could not answer right away. We never experienced any communication issues with anyone working at 3.7 Designs.
