We communicated in Slack. From there I would provide an overall strategy and direction of how I wanted to see the campaign executed. They would follow through with the approach and offer input during the execution stage. There weren't necessarily deliverables, but rather executing ads and optimizing based on results.

Collaboration and willing to adjust when asked to because a strategy wasn't working.
